Process

From brief to quotation.

Sourcing goes wrong in predictable places: a brief too vague to quote against, an introduction to a manufacturer who does not actually do that format, an MOQ that only surfaces after three weeks of email. The process below is built around those failures.

  1. 01

    Send your brief

A structured form rather than a blank contact box, because the same four or five facts decide whether a requirement is quotable.

  2. 02

    Requirements assessed

We read it and check it against what we can serve. Where the brief leaves something open, the first reply is a question.

  3. 03

    Routes identified

We identify the Italian manufacturing or commercial routes that fit the format, volume and market you described.

  4. 04

    Introductions coordinated

Introductions, quotations and samples coordinated, with the commercial follow-up handled rather than left to chase itself.

What we ask for

Product and format, the market it is going into, an idea of volume, and when you want it on shelf. An estimate is more useful than a blank, and a blank is more useful than a number you do not believe.

What we do not promise

We do not quote a response time we have not tested, publish a supplier count, or describe a manufacturer as verified before we have the documents to say so. Those claims are cheap to write and expensive to be wrong about.
